Chat Abbreviations

Chat abbreviations are shortcuts that people use to talk in chatrooms and instant messaging. They are often used to avoid typing long words or phrases.

Some of the most common abbreviations are LOL, BRB, and BTW. These three abbreviations stand for Laugh Out Loud, Be Right Back, and By The Way respectively.

AFK: Away from keyboard
